Recipes/Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
2-4 tablespoons brown sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)
1 tablespoon flour (I used white whole wheat flour)
1/4 cup dry mustard
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
combine all of the ingredients except for the butter in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring frequently.
Add butter and stir until it’s melted and well incorporated. Set aside.
The sauce can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Makes 2 cups.
